Ingredients:
- 25ml Weavers
- 200ml Champagne
- 15ml Volare Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Weavers Gin, Lemon Juice and Volare Triple Sec. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold. Strain the mix into the prepared glass and then top with Champagne

This is a great cocktail to batch if you are having a party. Mix your gin sour batch and top with Champagne on arrival.
