Ingredients:

  • 50ml Buffalo Trace
  • 25ml Antica Formula
  • 3 dashes Peychauds Bitters

Method:

Add Buffalo Trace, Antica Formula and Peychauds Bitters into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir. Strain into a glass and garnish with a cherry.

Shaking a Manhattan can turn it cloudy and ruin the aesthetic. Keep it clean and stir in the mixing glass with ice.
