Ingredients:
- 50ml Fris
- 25ml Volare Passion Fruit
- 35.5ml Passion Fruit pureé Proscecco
- 2.5ml Vanilla Essence
- 20ml Prosecco
Method:
Add Volare Passion Fruit, Passion Fruit Pureé, Fris Vodka, Lime Juice and Volare Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker and top with ice. Shake well, strain into coupe glasses, top with prosecco and serve.

Top Tip:
Do not use too much vanilla essence, it is a strong flavour that can easily overpower with the slip of the hand.
